Carparison and Vanparison Leasing have teamed up with Egg (www.crackingenergy.com) to create affordable home charging solutions for electric vehicle drivers.

The partnership will create cost-effective electric vehicle lease deals thanks to Egg’s innovative pay-monthly home charger that allows you to wave goodbye to large installation fees.

From £29 per month (with 0% APR over three years) or from £1,044 upfront, Egg will install either the Autel Maxicharger Compact or EO Mini Pro 3, making it affordable and hassle-free to charge your EV lease at home. The monthly price includes the Egg Plus repair-or-replace promise, which is offered to those buying their charger upfront for £3 per month over a minimum three-year term. The Egg Plus maintenance plan gives drivers peace of mind that should anything go wrong with their charger – even outside of standard warranty – Egg will come and fix it with their dedicated customer support. This is charging at home made simple.

With the average cost of charger installation fees exceeding £1,000, customers can make sizeable upfront savings and have the flexibility to spread the cost of the charger over three years.

Carparison General Manager, Matt Woodward commended the partnership, saying, “Egg’s offer has made charging at home simple for our customers. It gives them peace of mind, knowing that everything is rolled into a monthly payment.

“Especially at a time when we’re all feeling the rising cost of living, creating flexible and cost-effective payment options for our customers is so valuable.”

On the partnership with Carparison and Vanparison Leasing, Gareth Greppellini, B2B director of Egg commented, “More and more drivers are keen to join the electric revolution and paying monthly for a lease EV and a home charger is a great way to discover the benefits whilst managing the costs.”
